  • CANCELLATIONS
    If you intend to cancel your appointment, at least 4 hours' notice must be given in order for you to receive a refund. If adequate notice is not given, your payment will be retained.

    TIMING/LATENESS
    Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes early for your appointment. Appointments run back to back so being late can mess up the shop's schedule or could result in you not getting your haircut. If you can't make it please give at least 4 hour's notice. Appointments which are cancelled without adequate notice or are missed due to your lateness will still need to be paid for.

    HAIR PREPARATION
    Please wash any form of grease out of your hair prior to your appointment. Your hair should be dry. Greasy hair can sometimes result in a client's hair being unable to be cut, in which case the appointment will still need to be paid for.
